VISITOR FEES: $5 for adults and $2.50 for juniors.

Members are welcome to invite visitors at any time, provided courts are not required for matches or coaching and other members are accommodated.
Visitors must be accompanied by a member.
The host member is responsible for paying the fees, BEFORE STARTING PLAY.
Money is to be be put into an envelope, information added according to the envelope, and the envelope placed in the Club safe on the kitchen wall.
When a JUNIOR does not have access to the clubhouse, visitor fees may be paid any day following,
when the clubhouse is open, e.g. at coaching.
Envelopes and pens are available in a holder, also on the kitchen wall.
Members must make sure that visitors wear shoes suitable for our porous courts.
Visitors are encouraged to join the Club if playing more than a few times in a year.

FAMILY: The Club does not have a family membership subscription.
Instead, we allow a 20% discount on annual subscriptions for a family group of three or
more (not including children under 11, see below) living at one address; comprising two parents and any number of children, a parent and two or more children or three or
JOINING FEE: $30 Adults/Juniors/Students
$25 per Family group member of 3 or more (not including children under 11 years)
If a group joins as a competition team of at least 4 players, the Joining Fee will not apply.
Every playing member, regardless of age or category, has personal injury insurance cover
If applicable, read guardian or carer for parent.
The maximum total annual subscription for members
who are a family group is $452 per annum.
We consider this to be more equitable for all members than other clubs' set family subscriptions.
Children 10 years of age and under,
who have a parent or older sibling who is a member,
are entitled to free membership until the age of 11 years.
Parents must accept responsibility for the welfare and behaviour of children on Club premises, including visitors,

PRO RATA FEES: All fees are subject to pro rata except the Joining Fee.
The Club's financial year is divided into quarters as from 1st June.
The pro rata percentage is calculated based on the quarter in which you join,
i.e. first quarter 100% of annual fee, 2nd quarter 75%, 3rd quarter 50%, 4th quarter 25%.
One Access Card is provided to any given address. Juniors under 15 years have court access only.
Seniors and older juniors also have clubhouse access.
An underage junior may receive clubhouse access if a parent stands as guarantor.
A junior using a family access card must have parental authority.
A lost card costs $15 to replace.
A maintenance fee of $20 for Seniors, $10 for Juniors and $30 per Family is built into the subscription fees.
If a member contributes substantially to work around the club,
the maintenance fee may be deducted from the annual subscription.
Use of court lighting for night tennis is $10 per court per hour for members. There is an 11 pm curfew week nights and 9 pm weekends.
Members may invite any number of visitors, providing correct tennis shoes for porous courts are worn.
The usual visitor fees apply.
Courts are NOT for short term public hire.
